CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF AT SLALEY HALL
Keen golfers
have the chance to play for free this summer on De Vere Slaley Hall’s
championship Hunting Course, the Northumbrian venue of the recent
Compaq European Grand Prix 2000.
In order to
qualify players just have to complete three rounds of the championship
Preistman course at reduced green fees, before receiving a fourth
round on the Hunting Course for free.
Specially reduced
green fees for the Preistman course offer a round of golf for only
£80 per four players or £50 per two players. With the usual 18 hole
green fee for the Preistman course currently at £45 per person and
£55 per person for the Hunting Course, players can enjoy a potential
saving of up to 50%.
The offer, which
is subject to availability, is valid until the end of August 2000
and can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
Mark Stancer,
golf operations manager at Slaley Hall and PGA professional, comments:
“There is a huge amount of golf interest in the North and this,
added to the recent success of the Compaq European Grand Prix, has
prompted us to reward the loyalty of our customers with specially
reduced rates and the opportunity to play for free on the course
upon which Lee Westwood played to victory.
“This is an
excellent chance for the enthusiastic golfer to take advantage of
the two championship golf courses on offer at Slaley Hall.”
