Membership
Options
Regular
Tour Member
Each
regular tour member will be required to pay UKP420 following acceptance
to the tour. This includes a registration fee of UKP20 and guarantees
a place at each tour event. However, the Tournament Office must
receive a cheque for UKP30 specifying which event the payment is
for, no later than twenty-one days prior to each individual event
in order to confirm the place allocated.
Should
payments not be received by the appropriate dates, then it will
be assumed that the Regular Member concerned is unavailable and
the spot will be offered to an Official Reserve. Should the secondary
payment of UKP30 be received and the Regular Member concerned subsequently
withdraws for whatever reason, then the secondary payment will be
credited, provided an Official Reserve fills the spot.
For
convenience, Regular Tour Members may pay in advance for the whole
year. In this case, the registration fee of UKP20 will be waived
and the total cost for the year will be UKP700. As above, any unavailability
will be credited, provided an official reserve fills the spot.
Official
Reserve
To
cover the cost of administration, each Official Reserve will e required
to pay a registration fee of UKP20 following acceptance as Official
Reserve to the tour. When selected to play, and for each event,
a cheque of UKP75 must be received by the Tournament Office within
48 hours of notification. Should this payment be received and the
Official Reserve concerned subsequently withdraws for whatever reason,
then the payment will be credited, provided another reserve fills
the spot.
It
is the responsibility of each Official Reserve to telephone the
Tournament Office no earlier than fourteen days prior to each event
with regard to registering his wish for a place at any tournament.
A numbered Official Reserve list, in respect of the date and time
of each individual enquiry for each tournament will be kept at the
Tournament Office and places will be awarded strictly in accordance
with these lists.
Canceled
Events
Should
an event be canceled completely, or a day is lost, then there will
be financial adjustment made to all players concerned at that particular
event. The amount credited to members and reserves will depend upon
the following:
a.
the size of the reimbursement negotiated with the host club concerned;
b. the expenses incurred by the tour for that particular event.
Prospects
UK Open
The
Prospects UK Open is strictly invitational and is not a Prospects
Tour ranking event. Automatic entry will be awarded to the winner
and runner-up of each Prospects Tour event and also to the top twenty
in the final order of merit.
The
