JUNIOR
GOLF TOUR 2000
Conditions
of Entry
Each entrant
is asked to provide two passport photographs to the tour. Subject
to being selected as a tour member, they are then issued with a
membership card, which serves as identification and allows members
to play practice rounds at a reduced green fee throughout the year.
Each member will be provided with tour clothing and these garments
must be worn on the day of competition. Public liability and player
to player injury insurance cover is also provided to members at
no cost.
A pre-season
briefing meeting of all successful applicants will be held on the
day of the first event of the tour. The purpose of this meeting
is to enable us to meet before the Tournament begins and provide
the opportunity to explain what each Tour member can expect from
the tour and what is expected of them in return.
The cost of
playing on the tour is determined by the amount charged for green
fees and after match meals at each venue, both of which are subsidised
by the sponsors. 2000 membership costs are as follows:
Boys
UK National
Tour- a membership fee of UKP240 plus UKP5 payable at each event
Scottish National, Northern & Southern Tours - A membership
fee of UKP192 plus UKP5 payable at each event.
Girls
To cover the
cost of administration and only applicable following confirmation
of membership, each player will be required to pay a registration
fee of UKP15. The tournament office must then receive a cheque for
UKP25 specifiying which event the payment is for, no later than
21 days prior to each event in order to confirm the place. Girls
will be informed of tee times by post one week prior to the event.
