GOLF 2000: NEW NATIONAL TOURNAMENT FOR ORTHOPAEDIC SURGERY PATIENTS

CONDITIONS OF PLAY

The tournament is open to consultant orthopaedic surgeons and members of their medial staff, former orthopaedic surgery patients, their families, friends and supporters. Teams will be of four layers. All applicants should be members of golf clubs and hold a current handicap certificate. On the day there will be a maximum handicap of 32 for women and 24 for men.

Players will be allocated on a first come first served basis and early application is strongly advised. The closing date for entries is 31st January, 2000.

Entry fees are £50 per person to cover green fees and lunch. In addition, the Wishbone Trust hopes that players will raise £150-200 in sponsorship. Forms and fund raising ideas will be sent to all players on confirmation of entry.
