Every golf club taking part in the World Shotgun 2000 now has the chance of winning a spectacular prize for two of its members – a unique cruise on the QE2 to St Andrews for the Open Championship in July.

Donated by the Glasgow-based travel company, Scotia Travel, there are two prizes on offer worth $12,000. The winners will enjoy an eight day cruise from Southampton to St Andrews on the world’s most famous luxury liner, the QE2.

Departing Southampton on 18 July, the winners will cruise to St Andrews and be transferred to shore daily for the four days of the Open Championship, which is being played over the world-famous Old Course. They will be back in Southampton on 26 July.

All golf clubs which enter the World Shotgun 2000 by 9 June will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 12 June 2000. The two winning clubs will be notified immediately and it will then be up to the clubs to allocate the prizes, which are for two two-berth cabins, to members who are participating in the World Shotgun 2000.
