As usual, summer is here and it's golf, golf, golf!! - andhere is the latest news from Marlborough Golf Club

Friday 18 th June

Marlborough Ladies won the Quad match against rivals Royal Winchester, Salisbury and South Wilts, and The New Forrest by the narrowest of margins, a single point!  Photo of winners attached taken after the celebratory lunch.

Marlborough Ladies played Chippenham Ladies County Div 1 and won 3 and 1/2 to 1 and 1/2 giving Marlborough a further 7 points in the competition.

Marlborough's next league match is at home on 3rd July at 1.15 against the North Wilts Ladies County Div 1 team.

Marlborough leads the competition with 32 points from 5 matches with 3 to play.  In hot pursuit are the Upavon team who have 26 points after 4 matches.

Marlborough Ladies have also made the semi finals of the Scratch Knockout which will be played on 4th July at a neutral course, Kingsdown. Marlborough meet Wrag Barn in that match.
